Johnson appointed director of Northshore Area Partners

Northshore Area Partners announces the addition of executive director Jane Johnson to its area staff. Johnson joins North Shore Partners from Central Illinois where she held positions of nonprofit fund development in the Peoria area and executive director of Prairie Art Alliance in Springfield. Johnson’s prior experience also includes many years as the executive director of the Grand Marais Art Colony. Johnson said she is happy to be back on the Northshore and excited for the opportunity to be part of the Northshore Area Partners team.

Northshore Area Partners, the Living At Home/Block Nurse Program of the Beaver Bay, Finland, Isabella, Little Marais, Silver Bay and surrounding area, work to support citizens age 65 and older who wish to remain independent in their own homes. The Vision of Northshore Area Partners Living At Home/Block Nurse Program is to strengthen the sense of community commitment to older residents of the Northshore area and enhance the quality of life for elder residents and caregivers.
