Jill Marie Pennie, 66, of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022. She ‘beat the odds’ and was able to continue living an active and caring life throughout her 6-year struggle with Cancer.
Jill devoted her life to others, and especially to children for whom she was a kind, nurturing, and a thoughtful teacher. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She held degrees in both Anthropology and Civil Engineering. Jill was preceded in death by her mother and father, Dorothy and Donald Pennie, survived by her husband, Mark Pearson, and daughters, Eleanor and Signe Pearson; and Brothers: Daniel (Ann), Ralph (Helen), Philip (Marlene) and Ray (Alicia).
A meeting for the Memorial will be held on June 5th at 2p.m., at Twin Cities Friends Meeting, 1725 Grand Ave, St. Paul, Minnesota.
