Is there no moral turpitude clause for county attorney?

I have many relatives in Cook County. As a matter of fact, I am probably related to a good number of people who do not even know who I am. My great-grandfather was Axel Oberg. My grandfather was Roy Oberg. My mother is Margaret (Peggy) Oberg. My father is James Hill. His father was Lano Hill. His mother was Anna (Nicolaison) Hill. So now we have a bit of a background on where my interests lay in Cook County.

I cannot help but wonder why County Attorney Tim Scannell has not been impeached for moral turpitude. Is there no clause in his elected office to this?

I have not read the restraining order. But I do know a judge would not have issued it if that judge thought it was a falsehood.

I know several young men who are suffering from PTSD and they do not feel the need to seek out a 17-year-old girl’s affections.

My heart goes out to the girl and her family. I hope they are getting the help that is needed to recover from this. My heart also goes out to the family of the county attorney. They seem to be in denial as to his wrongdoings.

I stand with the courthouse picketers and protesters. The only one to blame for this is the county attorney. Not the girl. Not her family. Not his family. Just him!
