You too can have a bird’s eye view of the flower displays like the one above if you attend the West End Garden Club Flower Show that will be held July 21 at the Birch Grove Community Center.

The West End Garden Club cordially invites all Lutsen, Tofte and Schroeder residents, both full-time and seasonal, to bring a floral creation to Birch Grove Community Center to be displayed at their upcoming annual flower show. The theme is “Birds, Bees and Flowers…in the woods,” but any type of display is very welcome.

Let your imaginations wander as you create your floral display. Arrangements can be made from whatever resources you have available… garden flowers, wildflowers and many different types of ferns and greens. Any type of containers you have on hand, old or new, are appropriate.

Birch Grove Community Center in Tofte provides easy access to the show with ample parking and no steps! “We look forward to welcoming many of our local friends and neighbors with their displays. This is truly a community event,” says Ann McDermot, flower show chairperson. For further information, feel free to contact her at 612-804-9053, or you may contact any West End Garden Club member with questions.
