Mike Prom
Higher Ed and the Cook County Visitors Bureau will offer customer service training on June 26 and 27. The instructor will be Mike Prom, owner of Voyageur Canoe Outfitters.
Prom is a professional trainer who mixes wit, whimsy and solid practical information to impress on those taking his classes the importance of converting customers into clients or even friends. This is customer-service training as you’ve never experienced it. Boredom? We don’t think so, and neither will you.
On Wednesday, June 26, the training will run from 2-5 p.m. at Higher Ed, 300 W. Third St. in Grand Marais. On Thursday, June27,thetrainingwillgofrom9am.tonoonatLutsen Resort, 5700 W. Highway 61 in Lutsen.
