The Cook County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is holding a public hearing on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 3 p.m. in the commissioners’ room in the courthouse to discuss selling some land above the Birch Grove Community Center that will be used to build public housing.
The HRA will consider selling property to the Temperance Trail Development LLC (Developer) for $40,500.
