Horse course offered





The Cook County 4-H horse program gives young people the opportunity to learn about horses, their care and beginning riding skills. Brenna Hay certainly enjoyed getting to know this gentle horse named Selena who belongs to Vicki Geretschlaeger.

The Cook County 4-H horse program gives young people the opportunity to learn about horses, their care and beginning riding skills. Brenna Hay certainly enjoyed getting to know this gentle horse named Selena who belongs to Vicki Geretschlaeger.

Learn about horses, their care, and beginning riding skills with instructors Patsy Ingebrigtsen and certifed 4H leaders.

Courses will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays July 13, 15, 20 and 22 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Gunflint Horse Park. Preregistration is required and the cost is $25. Participants must be in third grade or older. Call (218) 387-3015 to pre-register.
