Ken Kjarum of Hovland shared this photo of his neighbor, Oscar Erickson, with a 22 –inch steelhead caught on the Brule River in June 1940. Ken fished with Oscar a lot and he was amazed that his friend was able to bring the big fish in on a flyrod.
