JIM HALL RECOGNIZED BY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
The National Association of Resource Conservation and Development Councils (NARC&DC) has announced that Jim Hall has been inducted into the National Association’s Hall of Fame for his outstanding contributions to the RC&D Program. Jim Hall, a Lutsen resident and former Cook County Commissioner, was chosen because of his tremendous commitment to the expansion of the program in Minnesota. He worked tirelessly with community organizations, individuals, and RC&D councils in his home state to create the Laurentian RC&D Council in 1996.
