JUNIOR NORDIC VIKINGS FINISH SEASON STRONG
The junior high championships were held at Snowflake Nordic Center. Pictured above are Nate Carlson and Joey Chmelik at the starting line. Joe Rauzi was the sixth-grade champion. He had a lightning-fast classic race beating the second-place finisher by 1:22, a big lead in a 3k race.
Other top ten finishers for the day included Pete Summers, Will Seaton, Nate Carlson, Hank Bemlot, Lino Rauzi and Bjorn Johnson.
