BIRCH GROVE LIBRARIAN AND FRIENDS
Dianne Schwecke, a retired librarian, volunteers her time each week at Birch Grove Community School. She is pictured here with students, holding a letter from Library Friends of Cook County awarding the library $500. Birch Grove Administrator Diane Blanchette said, “Thank you to both Mrs. Schwecke and Friends of the Library for contributing to our school! We couldn’t do it without you!”
