These two photos from Ed Hedstrom show the deep snow that piled up in 1969. There is a vintage snowmobile on the left and limited access to a building on the right. In recent years, Braidy Powers had snow collect around his home like the photo on the right, so that his dog and a neighbor’s dog would run the roof, just for fun.
