LILLIAN GISH’S FIRST TALKING PICTURE Miss Gish was born in 1893 and began acting when she was six years old. “One Romantic Night” is her first talkie; the movie is based on Molnar’s play, “The Swan.” Lillian stars as Princess Alexandra with Conrad Nagel as the tutor who falls in love with her.
