Shown in this Nov. 13, 1969 photo are six of the women who assembled the 29,000 sheets of recipes for the new cookbook, “Rainbow of Recipes,” which was compiled by the Rebecca Circle, Bethlehem Lutheran Church. They are Mrs. Clifford James, Mrs. Ralph Nelson, Mrs. Harold Moe, Mrs. Ray Peterson, Mrs. Roy Hedstrom and Mrs. Paul Stoltz. In addition to collecting and organizing the recipes, the ladies made individual book covers of wallpaper, greeting cards and cardboard.
