The 10th annual Grand Marais Arts Festival was held July 8-9, 2000 and thanks to a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, performing artists and musicians were incorporated into the event for the first time. Musician Ross Sutter was popular as he performed with his accordion and entertained kids and adults alike with his mix of music and stories.
