The state Division of Game and Fish informed fishermen prior to the Fishing Opener in spring 1961 that it was beginning steelhead (rainbow) tagging operations in Devil Track, Kadunce and Kimball rivers. This is what the signs will look like that will be posted at the streams to give directions for submitting information to the state on any tagged fish caught in the stream away from the traps. It is not lawful to fish near the traps.
