Historical Reflections

This photo came to us from Ann Possis of Lutsen who received it from a friend in Thunder Bay, Ontario. That friend, Robert Harbron is one of the little ones enjoying a biking holiday in Grand Marais. Harbron said it was sometime in the 1950s. Note the Fort William, Canada shirts, harkening back to the day when Thunder Bay was two neighboring cities—Fort William and Port Arthur. Also, Harbron points out the lack of child restraints!
