Mr. Fenstad notes that he is interested in the “proper and efficient” handling of the taxpayers’ money, and is “well informed as to the needs of my county, having visited every nook of same, [and] know the problems that confront the different localities.” Fenstad finished last of six candidates in the June 16 primary election, garnering just 43 votes.
