The 67th annual Cook County Fair held in August 1981 featured 73 exhibitors and 418 exhibits in the open class. In all, there were 12 purple ribbon winners, 225 firsts, 119 seconds, 53 third and 11 fourth–place prizes awarded. Shown here is the Rose Harbor 4-H Club, which won both a purple and blue ribbon for their booth. The club was represented by Tracie Smith and Ryan Bockovich (left) and Lisa Smith and Randy Bockovich (right). Other members of the club, Colleen Koss, Jerry Koss, Kelli Carlson and Jeremy Bowen were not present for the photo.
