As local children return to school, we thought it would be a great time to run this photo shared with the News-Herald by Anna Speck of Grand Marais. The photo is from 1938 and Adolf Everson is the driver. A note on the back of the photo explains that the Ellquist kids are getting on the bus. Oscar, Anna and Gladys Everson are sitting on the school bus.
