Higher Education to present entrepreneur workshops

How well do you know your audience? How are you doing at connecting with them online? Understanding who your customers are and where best to reach them is essential for maximizing your business potential.

A workshop will be held at Cook County Higher Education on Thursday, March 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to walk you through some basic steps to be sure you are dialed into who your audience is and what online resources are best for you. Recent trends in social media and changes to platforms that impact online business marketing will also be covered.

Jerritt Johnston, owner of True North Consultants, a leadership development and organizational consulting business, will be the presenter. He holds a master’s degree in education and has spent his professional career training adults and youth. He has held leadership positions in for-profit and nonprofit organizations and he brings that unique experience to his training.

Cost is $20 per person and that includes a program and a box lunch. Contact Amanda Rolfe, program coordinator, at (218) 623-5729 or amandar@entrepreneurfund.org to register.
