Higher Education offers ServSafe training




Register online to secure a seat in the ServSafe Food Manager Certification and Renewal Training class or contact Cook County Higher Education to participate in this valuable training.

This course is designed to fulfill requirements for Minnesota state and local health departments. The seminars train, test and certify you in the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe program for safe food service. Want to look up your certification information? The full certification course runs from 8 a.m. to roughly 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31 and costs $175, including the textbook and exam. The renewal course runs from 8 a.m. to noon the same day and costs $75. Jay Arrowsmith DeCoux is the instructor for both courses.
