Full of holiday spirit are (L-R) Morgan Mixdorf, Raynee Wolke, and Ashley Berglund with their Christmas mascot. Aurora Schelmeske appeared to be very happy to see Santa after the parade. Kaj Erickson was ready to gather candy at the parade with his mother, Marja Wiinanen. Mojo, in rescue dog regalia, led his owner, Cathi Williams, and the Cook County Search and Rescue squad through the parade route. Claudia Blake had fun throwing candy to the crowd from the back of the ambulance. Markus Olfson couldn’t decide which headgear to wear through the parade – Santa hat or reindeer antlers?
