I would like to commend the staff and helpers at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts for being able to accommodate the overflow crowd at the Grand Marais Ole Opry.
The workers really hustled to find seats for everyone, and the audience was cooperative and helpful in pointing out available vacant spots. As the happy recipient of one of those empty seats, I was grateful indeed.
The talent presented that night was stunning, and well worth the wait. The delay in the start of showtime actually provided an unexpected and pleasant opportunity to meet some interesting new people—those seated on each side of me. It was a blessing to be there, and to actually join in the sing-along of some wonderful songs! Thanks for a great evening!
How about having an event like this during the Fisherman’s Picnic?
