The 31st Grand Marais Art Fair is in the books, and once again it drew raves as thousands of people descended on the school parking lot(s) where the festival was held.
This past weekend there were 85 artist booths, four food trucks, and six different musicians on hand to keep folks fed, entertained, and in art for the foreseeable future.
“The Grand Marais Art Colony would like to extend its gratitude to the wider Cook County community for its support of the 31st Annual Grand Marais Arts Festival, held July 9-10, 2022. Thank you – you made it a resounding success,” said Grand Marais Art Colony Co-Directors Lyla Brown and Ruth Pszwaro.
“The uncertainty of the weather on Sunday afternoon unfortunately meant the early closure of Arts Fest and we concede the disappointment that some may have felt.
