Jump into the beautiful world of glass-making with Introduction to Glass Fusing at the Grand Marais Art Colony.
This introductory class with local artist Sharon Frykman runs on four Thursday evenings, March 29 through April 19. Students will complete a small project each evening, touching on a range of fusing possibilities. Students will learn the basics of cutting glass and firing a kiln while experimenting with glass frit and sheet glass to create both 2-D and 3-D glass pieces.
