The second half of the season for the Cook County Curling Club is in full swing. Many of the new curlers are learning the game and are improving their skills. In addition to that, there are many members who have invested money into purchasing new equipment to play the game, which is positive for the growth of the club.
The club will be hosting its annual Mixed Bonspiel on February 24, 25 and 26. There are out-oftown teams entered, along with teams from our club. It is always a fun time for club members to catch up with out-of-town friends while enjoying playing a good game of curling.
The public is always welcome to come watch the games and the bonspiels. Come check out this Olympic sport!
