The Cook County Curling Club is in the final weeks of its first half of the season with playdowns happening between teams that started on December 12.

The teams to watch who could be in the final game are the Steve Hudler rink, Pete Gresczyk rink, Brian Olsen rink and Mike Christiansen rink. The final game will be on December 20 at 6:30 pm. The public is welcomed to come and watch.

The second half of the season will start on Monday, January 2, 2012. The curling club is looking for more teams to join open league or mixed league. If you would like to join a team, please contact Joanne Smith or Bill Parish or check out our website www.cookcountycurlingclub.com.
