Free Technology devices available to help connect to telehealth or other remote services

Technology has tremendous potential to improve people’s lives. It can help people communicate, connect with others, and live, work and play more fully. The challenge is knowing what technology is best – and how to use it. The Lighthouse can help. Their technology professionals help people discover, acquire and use the technologies that are right for them.

Technology needs for everyone are different. Someone might need low tech technology like grab bars or ramps, and others may need high tech technology like tablets or smart home devices. If you need any technology but are unsure of how to use it, Lighthouse has professionals with years of training and experience to help you along the way.

Lighthouse technology services are available to people challenged by aging, vision loss or other disabilities. Specific eligibility varies by service requested and geography, but they offer many services statewide and in northwest Wisconsin. Lighthouse will determine eligibility and offer services on first-come, first-served basis.

To inquire about technology or other Lighthouse Center for Vital Living services call 218-624-4828 or submit inquiry to LCFVL.org/tech.
