The Grand Marais Lions Club is proud to once again sponsor the annual Fourth of July fireworks, but they have one particular request this year.
“Please make sure to socially distance,” said Lion Bob Spry.
The fireworks are scheduled to light up the Grand Marais harbor around 10 p.m., Spry said.
As you get ready to celebrate the final hours of Independence Day, come early and pick a spot along the harbor to share with your friends or family and watch in safety.
Another great viewing spot is the scenic overlook at Pincushion. Wherever you choose to view the fireworks, remember to keep some distance from your neighbors.
