The Superior National Forest is selling ten excess vehicles via an on-line auction that will be administered through the General Services Administration (GSA). Vehicles being sold include several styles of pick-up trucks, SUVs and one minivan. Model years for the vehicles range from 2002 to 2003. Manufacturers include Ford, Chevrolet, and Dodge. Theonline auction begins October 16 and ends October 29, 2009. Details and photos of the vehicles are available through the GSA website: www. gsaauctions. gov. A special public showing of the vehicles is scheduled for Saturday, October 24th from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Superior National Forest Headquarters, 8901 Grand Avenue Place, Duluth, Minnesota.
The vehicles may also be seen by appointment only Monday- Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Appointments may be scheduled by calling (218) 626-4393.
