Appetizers range from sweet and spicy to dippy and delicious! They come in all colors and textures; some are low calorie treats while others are decadent delights! One thing for sure, they’re always a hit for any kind celebration! Floyd “Pete” Pearson of Grand Marais will join WDSE Cooks host Juli Kellner for an all new “A” is for Appetizers 2. The show features local cooks sharing their favorite appetizer recipes. It premieres Saturday, March 5 at 12:30pm on WDSE•WRPT PBS Channel 8 of Duluth and again at 6:30 p.m.
Pearson dazzled WDSE Cooks host Kellner with his Pete’s Smoked Fish Spread. Among the other 27 recipes were Green Olive Dip, Goat Cheese Tart, Miniature Reubens, Pomegranate Avocado Salsa, Moroccan Chicken Meatballs and so much more!
