Finland hosts 24th annual Booya and Finn Fest





The 24th annual Zion Church Booya and Finn Fest will be held Saturday, Sept. 19 at the Finland, Minnesota Heritage Site on Little Marais Road. The public is invited. Events begin at 10 a.m.

Among the luscious comestibles will be the famous booya and bread, baked potato with toppings, Paul’s famous corn on the cob, fried bread, nachos, nachos supreme, and pie and ice cream. There will also be a craft fair, harvest booth, karaoke and music by Dan and Carol Klinker.

Theevent runs until 4 p.m. Thesite is located on County Road 6 in Finland.
