Fine tune your talent and join the fun Sept. 24

Sing? Dance? Juggle? Wiggle your ears? On September 24, Cook County residents have a chance to display talents such as these at a show hosted by the Cook County High School Band and Girl Scouts at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts. All sorts of performers are welcome to apply for a place in the show.

The high school band and the Girl Scouts are working on the show together to raise money for their 2012 spring trips. The band is raising money to travel to Nashville and the Girl Scouts are raising money to visit Savannah, Georgia.

The doors at the Arts Center will open at 6 p.m. for snacks and a Silent Auction. The show is at 7 p.m. No tickets, there will be a free-will donation at the door.

Interested in sharing your talent? There will be prizes for the winners in several categories – get full information and a registration form by emailing Sandy Stover at Larsen@boreal.org, or calling the Middle School/High School office at (218) 387-2273.
