Back by popular demand, Library Friends of Cook County is offering another round of Fast Friends at the Grand Marais Public Library on Saturday, February 15 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Fast Friends is a casual and upbeat social gathering for adults in a welcoming environment – your public library.
Fast Friends is based on the speed-dating format with conversation topics provided. Participants are given seven minutes to chat with one other person and then rotate seats to chat with the next person. This provides participants the opportunity to meet and connect with other members of the community.
