Colin Everson
Former Cook County High School all-conference football player Colin Everson has had a great sophomore season playing on the defensive line for the University of Minnesota- Morris Cougars football team.
The 6’0 tall, 225-pound Everson has 43 tackles, 2 fumble recoveries and leads the team in quarter back sacks with 4. Everson has started every game and helped lead a strong defensive unit.
Unfortunately the offense has had trouble scoring points and with one game remaining Morris has yet to win a game, although they have lost a handful of games by a couple of points.
Colin is a 2013 graduate of Cook County High School. He is the son of Mitch and Cindy Everson, Grand Marais.
