Stress Management And Resiliency Training (SMART) is a scientifically validated approach to wellbeing developed by Dr. Amit Sood of the Mayo Clinic. SMART enhances happiness, improves our ability to pay attention to the present moment, and increases our engagement in healthy behaviors. Instead of spending so much time ruminating on the past and worrying about the future, we’re free to focus our time and energy on the parts of life that truly serve us: expressing our gratitude, living compassionately, working creatively, and bouncing back from difficulties.
Dr. Sood’s associate, Kami Norland, will be the guide as we explore ways to reframe our thinking, shift our habits, and boost our performance, all while decreasing our stress levels.
