I was very disappointed in the way the manager of the Gunflint Hills Golf Course was treated – no increase in salary! That is a very special course to many of us, and he did an excellent job caring for it.
My family vacationed in Grand Marais for 50 years, and respected the entire community. But we have now lost our respect for those who mishandled this situation. Shame on them!
