Diane Lynn Rose


 

 

Diane Lynn Rose of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away with her two sons and husband by her side on July 31, 2018 at the age of 71.

Diane is survived by her beloved husband Edwin (Ted) Rose, sisters Carol (John) Garms and Barb (Don) Leininger, her sons Brian and Bradley (Cassandra) Rose, stepdaughters Katie and Annie Rose, and stepsons Stephen and Tim Rose.

Diane spent most of her life caring for others. She entered nursing school in the ’60s and worked as an LPN for 37 years at nursing homes in Milwaukee until 2002.

Diane loved caring for others and everyone knew of her kindness.

She went out of her way to care for all that needed it. She always put others first. A rare quality today.

Diane above all loved to laugh and make others laugh, sing, dance and enjoy the beauty that life offered her. She loved the water, nature, the sun, flowers, music, movies, and being with loved ones.

The Rose family would like to thank the nurses and staff at both Lake Country Health Services and AngelsGrace Hospice for tending to our mother’s needs.

A memorial celebration of Diane’s life will be held at the Evert- Luko Funeral Home, 170 Warren Avenue, Hartland, Wis. 53029 on Saturday, August 11 at 3 p.m. Visitation will be held with the family from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
