Cook County class of 2012 graduate Ashley Deschampe has committed to playing basketball next season at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Ashley was a Polar League All-Conference athlete in volleyball and basketball numerous times and was named the basketball Conference MVP last season.
She has been named to the Associated Press All-State team twice and leaves Cook County as the school’s all-time leading scorer with over 1,800 points and a 3.85 GPA. Ashley will have a friend at UW-Stout. She will be joining former Cook County player Brea Boomer who played in all 25 games and started the last 10, as a freshman for the Blue Devils.
