may want to stop by Papa Charlie’s on Lutsen Mountains on an upcoming Monday night. Every Monday at 6:00 p.m. through March, there will be live cooking demos with delectable dishes prepared before your eyes!

The cooking demos kicked off on January 11 when Papa Charlie’s own Executive Chef Richard Selz presented Europe’s West Coast—the New Food of Portugal. Selz prepared Bacala (salt cod), smoked sausages, and the national dish Green Soup. The following Monday Odyssey Development Corporate Chef Tom Linderholm was featured presenting Wild Game with a Northwoods Flair. He prepared a sampling of special wild game—pan roasted Canadian Walleye Cakes, Duck Confit Pastry, and more.

Coming up on Monday, January 25 Chef de Cuisine Annette Colon from Lucias will be offering a demonstration of Mayan Street Food. Colon will prepare a tantalizing menu consisting of Cochinita Pibil (Yucatan Spice Roasted Pork) Tacos with Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa, Pickled Red Onions, and Avocado Crema.
