As of Monday, November 2, Cook County now has 29 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with eight of them active. On October 30 the county had 22 cases with 11 active.
The active case count is based on the minimum 10-day isolation period for positive COVID-19 cases. Last week the county had 18 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
If you feel like you have the coronavirus, testing is available at Sawtooth Mountain Clinic. First though, if you have questions concerning the virus, the county has established a Cook County COVID- 19 online hub and a phone line at 218-387-3668. This phone is staffed 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to address general questions from the public.
The Coronavirus Response Hub can be found on the Cook County website. Each Monday and Thursday the confirmed case count for the county will be updated.
