Week by week, more and more COVID-19 cases are diagnosed in the county. On Tuesday, November 24, the county Coronavirus Response Hub confirmed that to date the county has had a total of 60 coronavirus cases since the beginning of the pandemic.
Four new cases were reported since Thursday, November 19. Those cases involve three females (80s, 40s and one minor) and one male in his 50s.
The Cook County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is providing regular updates to the public regarding the impact of COVID- 19 on the community. Coronavirus case counts are reported every Tuesday and Thursday (except this Thursday due to the holiday) on the Cook County website.
