County attorney needs to step down

As an adult, the thought of engaging in relations with a high school age child is repulsive.

As a mother of young girls, it concerns me to think about what I must teach my girls. What do we tell our children about respecting and obeying our leaders, mentors, and officials and aspiring to be successful community members?

County Attorney Tim Scannell may have “walked the line” of legality with his behavior.

But under no circumstance should he think it is okay to continue to receive our taxpayer’s money in the form of a paycheck. He needs to open his mouth, speak the truth, and ask for forgiveness. He needs to stand up and step down.
