The March 10 article entitled School board moving toward increasing fund balance on page A7 said cutbacks in the preliminary ISD 166 2012-13 budget call for reducing maintenance staff by the equivalent of 1.25 full-time positions. It should have said the budget calls for reducing Maintenance I staff by the equivalent of .25 positions. The News-Herald apologizes for the error.

The March 10 front page article entitled Community center group meets with YMCA stated that the YMCA’s core values are caring, respect, and responsibility. It also has a fourth core value, honesty. The News-Herald regrets the error.
