The Cook County Cool Cats had a great day in Duluth on May 24th at their Special Olympics Track Meet. Special thanks go to student volunteers, Molly LaVigne, Hunter Rex, Kalina Dimitrova, and Amery Oberg who helped make the day possible. Students participated in the long jump, 2×25 meters and 2X50 meter relays, and shot put. The Cook County Cool Cats took home a trophy! We would also like to thank sponsor, Mr. John for helping make the day financially possible.
Participants Tori Pringle, Deborah Burton, Ronnie Kettleson, and Jeffery Burton all worked hard and had a great time!
