Cookies, lunch, and Christmas gifts all in one place




People looking for delicious baked goods, Christmas gift ideas, or lunch will be in the right place if they show up at the Evangelical Free Church in Grand Marais Saturday, December 5, 2009. The church will be holding its annual craft and bake sale from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The congregation will be donating things like sweet rolls, muffins, bread, and cookies to help fund youth group events. The youth will serve lunch from 11:00 to 2:00.

Among those selling home products and giftware will be Buffy Butz with Tastefully Simple foods, Judy Schmidt with Scentsy scented lights, Mary Jo Flack with woodburning art, Sharon Hendrickson with Avon, Sara Silence with Pampered Chef kitchenware, and Gayle Harvey with handmade wooden angel tree ornaments. Theproceeds from Harvey’s sales will go directly to the youth group.

The Free Church youth group is open to young people throughout the community.
