In response to a spate of recent break-ins at Grand Marais businesses, the Cook County Chamber invites business folks (and anyone else interested) to a security update from Sheriff Pat Eliasen and Emergency Management Director Valerie Marasco. Please join us at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at Grand Marais City Hall.
While the sheriff and Marasco cannot comment directly on details of investigations into the recent break-ins, they can offer suggestions on ensuring your business property is as secure as possible. They also have other updates they would like to share. Emergency Management Director Marasco will share information on the department’s public information and communications efforts.
The briefing will have a business focus, but all county residents are welcome to attend.
