4:42 a.m., Grand Marais: Caller reported a dead deer in
the middle of the highway.
7:32 a.m., Grand Marais: School zone patrol.
9:39 a.m., Grand Marais: Complaint that a lady living out
of her car is harassing customers at Holiday.
11:34 a.m., Grand Marais: False security alarm on Sea
Gull Lake Road.
1:04 p.m., Grand Marais: Four loose horses were running
on County Road 7, headed west.
6:45 p.m., Grand Marais: Caller said traffic was moving
too fast on Fifth Avenue with kids out trick-or-treating.
Tuesday, Nov. 1
7:23 a.m., Grand Marais: School zone patrol.
8:26 a.m., Grand Portage: Hot-rodding reported on the
highway involving a school bus and maroon van.
2:43 p.m., Grand Marais: Criminal sexual conduct
investigation.
3:17 p.m., Grand Marais: Complaint about two teenage
boys riding dirt bikes on private property.
4:03 p.m., Grand Marais: Lost wallet reported, possibly
near IGA.
6:25 p.m., Lutsen: Report of an injured deer on the
highway that needs to be dispatched.
7:45 p.m., Grand Marais: Threats reported.
Wednesday, Nov. 2
4:21 a.m., Grand Marais: False fire alarm.
3:28 p.m., Grand Marais: Caller from Eighth Avenue
West said an orange stray cat comes around frequently.
4:25 p.m., Grand Marais: School bus stop arm violation
reported.
6:23 p.m., Grand Portage: Traffic citation issued.
9:29 p.m., Grand Marais: Traffic citation issued.
Thursday, Nov. 3
2:09 p.m., Grand Marais: Traffic citation issued.
3:06 p.m., Hovland: Report of someone illegally driving
ATVs on Camp 20 Road.
3:29 p.m., Grand Marais: Traffic citation issued.
4:02 p.m., Grand Marais: School bus stop arm violation
at mile marker 113.
4:26 p.m., Grand Marais: Caller said he just ran over a
dog that was off the leash in front of the Legion. The dog
seemed fine and the owner didn’t seem to mind.
8:05 p.m., Grand Portage: Arrest made on a Carlton
County warrant.
8:22 p.m., Grand Marais: Arrest made on a Wadena
County warrant.
Friday, Nov. 4
8:10 a.m., Grand Marais: Attempted theft of a motor
vehicle reported.
9:41 a.m., Grand Marais: Suspicious activity reported on
Winter Wren Road.
10:13 a.m., Tofte: A jon boat washed up on the shore
near Bluefin Bay.
11:00 a.m., Grand Marais: A set of keys was found at
North House Folk School.
5:28 p.m., Grand Marais: Report of a big white truck hotrodding up Broadway.
5:57 p.m., Grand Marais: Report of five or six kids
jumping off the roof of the bath house near the Rec Park
ball field.
7:32 p.m., Grand Marais: Traffic citation issued.
10:50 p.m., Grand Marais: Multiple reports of a fight at a
Nelson Trail residence.
Saturday, Nov. 5
1:23 p.m., Grand Marais: Noise complaint about four
cars with loud music parked in the lot at Birchwood
Apartments.
2:07 p.m., Grand Marais: Caller said there is a pontoon
parked on his property that is not his.
4:09 p.m., Hovland: A wallet was found on the
Arrowhead Trail.
9:45 p.m., Tofte: False fire alarm at Bluefin Bay.
Sunday, Nov. 6
12:00 a.m., Grand Marais: Suspicious activity reported at
Trail Center.
12:30 p.m., Grand Portage: Traffic citation issued.
4:53 p.m., Grand Marais: Traffic citation issued.
6:16 p.m., Grand Marais: Deputy requested to remove a
drunk and disorderly person from the Legion.
6:43 p.m., Grand Portage: Traffic citation issued.
7:13 p.m., Grand Marais: Report of an injured deer on
County Road 7 that needs to be dispatched.
7:20 p.m., Grand Portage: Traffic citation issued.
8:26 p.m., Grand Portage: Report of possible drug
activity at the lodge.
