Access. The caller was concerned
about the size of it and said it was
about 5 feet high.

phone was found and turned in at the

Road.

punched the mirror in the men’s

there is a dead wolf in the middle of

120, and drivers are swerving to
avoid it.

some illegal dumping of construction
materials at the Firewise pit at Ball
Club Road.
9:06 a.m., Grand Marais: Report that
a subject is driving without a valid
license.
9:44 a.m., Lutsen: Report of a missing
German shepherd, “Balto,” in the

left the Trails End Campground and
didn’t pay for three days. They owe

1:02 p.m., Grand Marais: Funeral
escort from town to Maple Hill
Cemetery requested.
1:03 p.m., Grand Marais: Caller said
that in case someone is missing a cat,
he saw one loose near the library.
1:28 p.m., Lutsen: Traffic citation

a phone was stolen from a vehicle

is a woman lying on the Arrowhead
Trail. It looks like she is breathing

near the C-store, but no flames are

reported a “dirty smoke smell” on Sea

security alarm was accidentally
set off at the national monument.

assisted Border Patrol on a report of
suspicious activity at the state park.
4:18 p.m., Grand Portage: Report that
a vehicle is parked on Rengo Road.
4:20 p.m., Grand Marais: A camper
left his wallet at the Rec Park front
desk.
5:17 p.m., Tofte: Security alarm
activated at Coho Café. It was a false
alarm.

at Bluefin Bay was damaged by a

car keys was found on Artist Point.
12:44 p.m., Grand Portage: Report of
a two-vehicle fender-bender at mile
marker 150.

a panting dog in a vehicle parked at
South of the Border.
2:31 p.m., Schroeder: Assistance
requested for a man who was
dehydrated and exhausted on a hike
back from Carlton Peak, and he
cannot hike out.

appears to be an overturned sailboat
about a half-mile out on the lake.

there is an unwanted person cooking

Cascade Beach Road heard a boom,

about a loud party at the fire
department.

there has been a vehicle revving its
engine and burning tires for about 10
minutes on South Shore Drive.
